Founder & Lead Teacher
J. founded MANUP in 2013 after serving as a youth pastor for 20 years in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. He and Rebecca have been married for 30 years and are fully enjoying their new season of life as "empty nesters." Their son Bailey recently married his college sweetheart and works on the mission team at Riverbend Church in Austin, TX. Their daughter Ansley recently joined the MANUP team after graduating from the University of Texas. In his free time, J. loves day-tripping with Rebecca in the Texas Hill Country or riding his motorcycle on the back roads.
Mark Stayton
Executive Pastor
Mark joined the team in 2023 as the Executive Pastor in charge of equipping leaders and expanding our ministry reach. With 33 years of pastoral experience in Dallas and Houston, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the team but is most known for his down-to-earth relatability to the guys. He and his wife Tina are the proud parents of two young adult men and make frequent trips to OSU to cheer on their favorite cowboys! In his free time you'll most likely catch Mark watching golf or hanging out with Tina and the boys. (or eating ice cream)
Ansley Huffman
Team Admin
Ansley joined the team in June of 2022 and serves as the Team Admin, where she helps organize and execute day-to-day responsibilities at the office. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling @ Grand Canyon University. In her free time you can find Ansley at Barton Springs or a local coffee shop enjoying a book!
Kenzie Francis
Office Manager
Kenzie is the newest member of the MANUP team. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2019, she spent years working to build her organizational, administrative and operational skills in a variety of roles. She will get to put those skills to good use in oder to serve the MANUP family well. She recently married her husband, Mike. They are dog parents to their favorite boy, Beamer. In her free time, Kenzie loves spending time with her friends and family, reading, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and shopping!

MANUP is a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry that is run by a local board of directors and the MANUP staff. As a team of highly skilled professionals, the MANUP Board serves by giving oversight to the mission, vision, and direction of the ministry and it's resources.
