WHO WE ARE
MANUP is a community of men connecting with God and other men. We meet every week in multiple locations around the city of Austin for breakfast, bible study, and small group discussion. In addition to our weekly gatherings, we meet up for social events, happy hour, home groups, one-on-one meetings, and weekend retreats. God said "It's not good for man to be ALONE" and we couldn't agree more.

Join a group
Morning groups are at the core of who we are and what we do @ MANUP. Our 90-minute gatherings include plenty of time for breakfast, Bible study, and community with other men. MANUP is a place to be known, heard, and real without fear of judgment or shame. Our 30 minute Bible lessons are filled with practical truth for navigating the challenges of life. We also post the weekly lessons online (audio & video) for those who aren't able to attend in person.
